• Account Information: When users register or log in: username, email address, device_name, phone number, password. (Unverified accounts will be deleted within 15 mins of creation). Guest users: only essential data for purchase and delivery in the order placing stage (e.g., name, mobile, email).
• Order & Transaction Data: Details of items purchased, order history, delivery address, payment method (processed through third-party gateways – we do not store card details).
• Device & Log Data: Device type, device name, OS version, App version, language settings, and access timestamps.
• Cookies & Tracking: We may use cookies or similar tracking tools for analytics and performance improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Fulfill and manage orders, deliveries, and payments.
• We do not use any of our personal account details for marketing purposes.
• Enable account creation and authentication.
• Send order confirmations, updates, and notifications.
• Provide customer support and improve the App experience.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve functionality.
• Comply with legal obligations and law enforcement requests.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

Previously placed orders data such as delivery address, email, and mobile number will not be deleted on account deletion and won’t be used for anything else but order management. Guest user data may be deleted periodically, except where required for record-keeping (e.g., delivery and payment history).

7. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to delete the data.

8. International Data Transfers

Our servers may be located outside of Japan, and your data may be transferred to or stored in other countries. We ensure such transfers are made with appropriate safeguards.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance.
